NSP Guarantee

At New System Plumbers we recognise that our future is dependent on your recommendations and repeat business, therefore we provide a comprehensive guarantee on our workmanship and service, to underline our hard earned reputation.

We provide a 90 day full guarantee on all our work, Terms & Conditions apply.  This can be extended to 360 days for an optional small fee of 5% of the closing invoice. 

All materials and products are covered by manufacturers' warrantees and our labour is backed by our own guarantee of quality workmanship. If an installation provided by us proves to be faulty, we may also undertake to take up customer complaints or queries with manufacturers.

New System Plumbers employs fully trained and qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineers, who will call free of charge to inspect work and advise customers on the most appropriate course of action, when required.  

In the unlikely event of a defect arising from faulty installation or repair work, that requires rectification and that occur within the guarantee period, are treated as a priority and will be dealt with at the customer's earliest convenience.

Problems which arise outside the company's standard guarantee period may also be rectified free of charge, or at a partial charge, at the Company's discretion.

Once a job is finished and the account fully settled, our 24-hour help line is available, should you wish to contact us in an emergency about any recent work carried out.
